Like most actresses, a Bollywood star Koena Mitra dreamed of a small and defined nose, but something went wrong for her. It’s always weird when celebrities can’t find a decent plastic surgeon – even mortals can do that! Anyway, after the first rhinoplasty, Koena was quoted at plastic surgery disaster sites – the results were that unnatural.

The problem with her nose was that the columella – the skin separating the nostrils – ended higher than the nose wings (see picture below), which never happens in life. A classic nose is the one with the columella hanging a bit lower that the wings of the nose and not the other way round. Also, the tip of the nose was too close to the face – the nose looked underprojected, as if after trauma.

Koena found a plastic surgeon for revision rhinoplasty and now she looks better. Still, the most artificial features of her face are the tattooed eyebrows. Never have your brows tattooed if you want to keep looking natural.

Koena Mitra looks better, but Donatella Versace with her breast implants is still a disaster.
