By the time this entry was being posted,  Heidi has had 13 surgeries, including – according to the “before and after” pics – rhinoplasty, cheekbone enhancement, lip injections, and brow lift. Breast augmentation occupies a special place in the actress’s life. The press keeps gossiping about Heidi Montag wanting more breast surgery. She is unhappy with the old implants; yet she seems unable to decide whether they are too small or too big.

Heidi hasn’t set the world’s records with the number of her surgeries. Nicole Kidman’s transformations might even outnumber those of Heidi’s. However, the change in her appearance was so drastic, and her public statements were so bold, opinionated and devoid of logic, that the actress started receiving some serious criticism. She looks good though.
