As you may see on before-after pictures Cher has been experimenting with her lips. Not content with first lip augmentation she wanted bigger size and underwent a second procedure. Her current lip size has nothing to do with injectable fillers. It looks more like permanent result of a p procedure called heiloplasty or VY plasty. During that surgery tiny incisions are made at the border of the lips and patient’s own muscle and mucous are turned outward, lifting the pink portion of the lip (vermilion). As a result vermilion is increased in volume and height, lips look bigger and plumper. Looks like Cher is finally satisfied with the result but, probalbly, she should have stopped at picture 2.
