Although after fist several plastic surgeries his nose was already small and feminine, but Michael kept destroying it, wanting more and more changes. In the famous documentary Michael said he had two, but plastic surgeons who studied his photos suggest may be 30 or 40….

The last news about Michael Jackson’s nose was that he finally found a German surgeon who agreed to repair his nose. The doctor took cartilage from the singer's ear to place inside his nose - after Jackson's face was "beginning to deteriorate" due to years of alleged extensive rhinoplasty. The nose of Michael Jackson is now fine but the surgeon said it was close to collapsing following twenty years of plastic operations.
