Having seen Meg Ryan in May’s 2010 Elle Décor, we were horrified, and rushed to label her as a grandmother. But something unbelievable has happened the other day – Meg appeared at the 23rd Annual Rock’n'Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony in New York looking 10 – no, 20 years younger.

Her famous “Sleepless in Seatle” co-star Tom Hanks was also present at the soiree that night. And of course it wasn’t immediately obvious for him that it was Meg standing before his eyes, but then he gladly joined the actress for a drink. When posing together in front of the photographers, the actors – for the first time in many years – looked like their former selves thanks to Meg’s incredible plastic surgery makeover.

Judging by the fact that the excess skin under the actress’s eyes has disappeared, her cheeks shifted upward, and her wrinkles smoothed out, she got a blepharoplasty, a facelift, and most likely some collagen injections. We tried calling Meg Ryan to get some more accurate information but her phone was busy. It was probably rung off the hook by her colleagues wishing to get her plastic surgeon’s name and phone number right away.
